Prompt blocks

A prompt is blocks joined by one space: STYLE, subject, POSE, FRAME for figures and things; STYLE, view, the small-place line for scenes. gpt-image-2.5 obeys counts and lists and is the tool for sheets, scenes and edits. Krea 2 Turbo draws bolder, chunkier shapes that mesh easier, but draws the ears long and follows lists loosely. The Krea blocks were run on hosted Krea 2 Turbo, not the game's local Krea 2.

Compose one with the CLI: stylebook prompt alvheim <look|zone> <kind> "<subject>". The recipes below say which blocks go in which order.

Style blocks

STYLE_ALV_SCENE

Change '(the well)' to the frame's own focal point. This block turned a rendered fantasy city (art/rejected/key-day-1.webp) into the day key.

STYLE_ALV_SCENE
Painted like a background from a hand-painted animated film or a painted children's graphic novel: opaque gouache-like paint, broad flat visible brush strokes, big simple shapes with soft edges, a limited palette, detail only at the focal point (the well) and everything else loosely blocked in with a few strokes; thin coloured linework that is never black; soft light in two or three flat bands with teal in the shade. Not photoreal, not a 3D render, no tiny detail, no epic fantasy city. Muted cool base colours (moonstone blue-grey, silver-pale wood, deep teal-green moss) with a few small glowing accents. A small, simple, hushed village for a children's game: kind, very old and a little strange, nothing scary, no black.
Proof:art/key-1-day.webpart/key-4-arrival.webpart/key-5-eldrid-night.webp

STYLE_ALV_FIGURE

gpt-image.

STYLE_ALV_FIGURE
Painted, not rendered: bold hand-painted animated-film character art with visible, confident, broad brush strokes left in every surface, big simple fields of colour, thin coloured linework that is never black, soft even light in two bands with teal in the shade. No realistic fabric fuzz, no photoreal detail, no tiny ornament. A Norwegian fairy-tale elf (alv) for a children's adventure game: beautiful, very old and kind, a little strange, nothing scary.
Proof:art/cast-eldrid.webpart/elves-lineup.webp

STYLE_ALV_OBJECT

gpt-image. For a thing with cool glow write 'one small glow' in place of 'one small warm honey glow'.

STYLE_ALV_OBJECT
Stylised 3D game asset painted like hand-painted animated-film concept art: visible, confident, broad brush strokes that follow the forms left in every surface, big simple shapes, thin coloured linework that is never black, soft even light with teal in the shade. Muted cool colours (silver-grey sun-bleached wood, moonstone blue-grey, deep teal-green moss) and one small warm honey glow. From a Norwegian fairy-tale elf village for a children's game: very old, kind and a little strange.
Proof:art/mesh-treehouse.webpart/mesh-lantern.webpart/mesh-arch.webpart/mesh-well.webp

STYLE_ALV_SHEET

gpt-image, for design sheets.

STYLE_ALV_SHEET
Painted, not rendered: hand-painted animated-film concept art with visible, confident, broad brush strokes that follow the forms, big simple shapes, thin coloured linework that is never black, soft even light in two or three bands with teal in the shade. Muted cool base colours (moonstone blue-grey, silver-pale weathered wood, deep teal-green moss) with a few small glowing accents: warm honey lantern light where people are, cool violet and cyan elf light where magic is. A Norwegian fairy-tale elf village for a children's game: hushed, kind, very old and a little strange, nothing scary, no black.

Subjects

ELF_TEMPLATE

Fill the braces; values per elf are in the book's cast table. Eldrid adds 'a low chunky silver crescent' on the headband; the child is 'three and a half heads tall' with a short bob; the guard adds 'No weapon, no shield, no armour'; the elder adds 'clean-shaven' and 'he must not look like a gnome or a Christmas figure'.

ELF_TEMPLATE
The elf {name}, {what they do}: {age and temper}. Stylised animated-film proportions: the head is big, exactly one fifth of the whole height (five heads tall), on a sturdy neck, with sturdy arms and big simple hands; big bright eyes a quarter of the face's width each with softly glowing {glow colour} irises, a small nose, a small kind smile, a spray of tiny pale star-freckles across cheeks and nose; small, short, thick leaf-shaped pointed ears lying close to the head; moon-white hair shading to {tint}, {one braid form: a thick chunky crown braid round the head | two short thick braids that end above the shoulders | one thick braid wound into a bun | one thick braid lying close down the back}, no hanging strands; a broad plain cloth headband with one {glow colour} gem at the brow. {Women: A long neck, narrow shoulders, a high fitted waist and a long bell-shaped skirt to the ankle, so her outline tapers upward like a candle flame: a {cloth colour} felted-wool dress with narrow fitted sleeves | Men: Narrow shoulders and a fitted knee-length coat that flares from a high waist, over fitted trousers and tall soft boots, so his outline tapers upward like a young spruce: a {cloth colour} felted-wool coat with narrow fitted sleeves}, a short {mantle colour} shoulder mantle whose hem is cut in five large rounded leaf points, one round silver brooch with a crescent at the chest, exactly one wide woven band at the hem with a simple eight-petal rose pattern in flat glowing {glow colour}, soft {cloth colour} felt boots.

ELDRID

Eldrid's subject as sent.

ELDRID
The elf queen Eldrid, keeper of the moonwell: old but ageless, serene and beautiful, very upright and tall. Stylised animated-film proportions: her head is big, exactly one fifth of her whole height (five heads tall), on a sturdy neck, with sturdy arms and big simple hands; high cheekbones, big bright eyes a quarter of the face's width each with softly glowing violet irises, a small nose, a small kind smile, a spray of tiny pale star-freckles across cheeks and nose; small, short, thick leaf-shaped pointed ears lying close to the head; moon-white hair shading to lilac, all of it gathered in one thick chunky crown braid round the head, no hanging strands; a broad plain cloth headband with a low chunky silver crescent and one violet gem at the brow. A long neck, narrow shoulders, a high fitted waist and a long bell-shaped skirt to the ankle, so her outline tapers upward like a candle flame: a dusk-violet felted-wool dress with narrow fitted sleeves, a short silver-white shoulder mantle whose hem is cut in five large rounded leaf points, one round silver brooch with a crescent at the chest, exactly one wide woven band at the hem with a simple eight-petal rose pattern in flat glowing violet, soft violet felt boots.

TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE
An elf tree house: a round little house wrapped round the thick trunk of a giant pale silver-barked tree, the trunk cut off flat just above the roof with no branches and no leaves. The house is shaped like an old Norwegian storehouse on stilts, its upper part wider than its foot, with a tall roof of big rounded silver wood shingles like spruce-cone scales ending in one chunky carved crescent, moss cushions on the roof, one round honey-coloured door and one leaf-shaped window glowing warm honey, door frame carved with a band of looping interlaced ribbon. A wide spiral stair of thick slab steps winds once round the trunk from the ground to the door, with no railing. Big rounded roots with moss and two boulders at the foot. Nothing is square or plumb, the posts lean and taper.
Proof:art/mesh-treehouse.webp

LANTERN_POST

For the next round, write 'on one short thick wooden link, no chain' and leave the flowers out.

LANTERN_POST
An elf lantern post: one thick leaning post of sun-bleached silver wood, as thick as a thigh at the foot and tapering upward, carved with a band of looping interlaced ribbon, its top curling forward into a big fern spiral; tucked close under the curl on a short thick wooden link hangs one big chunky teardrop-shaped lantern of pale glass full of warm honey light, with a rounded leaf-shaped silver cap. The post stands in a mossy boulder with a cushion of moss and three small pale-blue bell flowers at its foot.
Proof:art/mesh-lantern.webp

ALVEPORTEN

For the next round, add 'the crescent is plain smooth stone with no carving'.

ALVEPORTEN
Alveporten, the elves' arch over a path: two very thick leaning tapering posts of sun-bleached silver wood, each as thick as a barrel at the foot, carved with bands of looping interlaced ribbon, their tops bending toward each other and joined by one big chunky carved crescent moon of pale blue-grey moonstone lying on its back, so the whole thing is one solid arch three and a half metres wide and five metres tall with a clear open doorway. Under each side of the crescent one big chunky teardrop lantern of pale glass with warm honey light and a leaf-shaped silver cap is tucked close against the post on a short thick wooden link. Each post stands in a mossy boulder with cushions of moss.
Proof:art/mesh-arch.webp

MANEBRONNEN

MANEBRONNEN
Månebrønnen, the elves' moonwell: a low, wide, waist-high basin of smooth pale blue-grey moonstone on a waisted foot, fluted like the underside of a flower, a plain rim band with a ring of small runes in flat glowing blue-violet, filled to the brim with softly glowing blue-violet water with a brighter crescent of light lying in it. Behind the basin and joined to its plinth rises one thick, smooth, tapering crescent-shaped horn of moonstone like a new moon, twice the basin's height, leaning over the water, with five small glowing runes up its inner face. The basin stands on one low round step of worn flagstones with moss in the joints.

RULES_MADE

Paste after any list of elf-made things.

RULES_MADE
Everything elf-made follows the same rules: nothing is square or plumb, every post leans a little and tapers; ends curl into a fern spiral or thin to a point; wood is sun-bleached silver-grey on the outside and warm honey-coloured on the inside of doors and windows; joints are pegged or grown together, never nailed, no iron; carved bands of looping interlaced ribbon (like the portals of old Norwegian stave churches, without beasts) frame doors and posts; roofs are layers of big rounded silver wood shingles like the scales of a spruce cone, with moss cushions; each thing has one small glow and moss at its foot. All parts are thick and chunky, no thin railings, no wires, no ropes thinner than an arm.
Proof:art/sheet-buildings.webpart/sheet-props.webp

STONE_RULE

The line that fixed art/rejected/props-1.webp, for a sheet with stone things.

STONE_RULE
Stone things (the well, the seats, the lamp, the way stone, the bench feet) are plain smooth moonstone with flutes and runes only, no interlace carving; the looping ribbon carving is only on the wooden things.

Pose and frame

POSE_ALV_FIGURE

Makes a figure meshable. Do not change it.

POSE_ALV_FIGURE
Standing in a relaxed A-pose: upright, facing straight forward, arms held out and down away from the body with a clear gap between arm and body, open empty hands with fingers apart, feet a little apart and both visible below the hem, nothing in the hands, hair tidy and close to the head, clothes close to the body, no loose or trailing parts.
Proof:art/cast-eldrid.webpart/cast-tinde.webp

FRAME_FIGURE

Straight front view, as the 3D recipe asks for characters. Ratio 2:3.

FRAME_FIGURE
One single character, the whole body in frame from head to toe with empty margin all around, centred, straight front view at eye level, soft even studio light, no cast shadows, plain flat very light grey background, no ground, no floor shadow, no scenery, no props, no text.
Proof:art/cast-eldrid.webp

FRAME_OBJECT

Ratio 1:1.

FRAME_OBJECT
Chunky solid closed shapes with no thin, loose or see-through parts. A single isolated object, centred, fully visible with empty margin all around, 3/4 front view from slightly above eye level, on a plain flat very light grey background, soft even studio lighting, no ground shadow, no cast shadows, no text, no people, no scenery.
Proof:art/mesh-treehouse.webpart/mesh-lantern.webp

FRAME_SHEET

Ratio 3:2. Number the items; the model keeps the order and the count up to nine.

FRAME_SHEET
Design sheet of {n} separate {things} …, in {rows} rows of {columns}, arranged with space around each on a plain flat very light grey background, each shown whole in 3/4 front view, soft even light, no cast shadows, no text, no labels, no people.

Scenes and times of day

VILLAGE_VIEW

The key view; day, dusk and night are this view plus a TIME block (dusk and night as edits).

VILLAGE_VIEW
Wide key art of Alvheim, a small Norwegian fairy-tale elf village in a ring of giant trees on a high mountain shelf, seen at a child's eye height from the path that leads in. It is a small quiet place, only what is listed here and nothing else: no city, no towers, no bridges, no banners, no railings, no waterfalls. In the middle stands Månebrønnen, the moonwell: a low carved basin of pale blue-grey moonstone, waist-high, fluted like the underside of a flower, a ring of small runes round its rim and softly glowing blue-violet water, on a round court of worn flagstones; behind it a slender crescent-shaped horn of moonstone, twice a person's height, leans over the water. A winding path of big pale flagstones set in deep teal-green moss leads from the foreground to the well. Round the square stand five giant pale silver-barked trees, each trunk as thick as a cottage, with broad high crowns of small blue-green leaves closing overhead; round three of the trunks, five metres up, sits a small simple round tree house with a wider upper storey, a tall roof of big rounded silver shingles topped by a chunky crescent, one round door and one leaf-shaped window, and a wide stair of thick slab steps round the trunk. A few chunky teardrop glass lanterns hang from the boughs; two thick leaning silver lantern posts whose tops curl into fern spirals stand by the path. To the right, a ring of five low rounded moonstone seats; to the left under a tree an upright loom with a half-woven silver cloth. Loose drifts of bell-shaped flowers in pale blue, violet and pink grow in the moss. Two tall slender elves in long bell-shaped wool coats with leaf-pointed shoulder mantles stand talking by the well, small in the frame; a small girl in a red dress with a little backpack stands on the path in the foreground with her back to us. Between the trunks, far behind, one sharp snowy peak against the sky.

TIME_DAY

Appended to the view, text to image.

TIME_DAY
Time: a clear cold midday in the mountains. High cool sunlight, the silver trunks and roofs bright, the ground a lit teal-green with long soft teal-blue shadows, the sky pale blue with long level brush-stroked clouds. The lanterns are unlit pale honey glass. Only the well's water and runes glimmer faintly; the flowers are just flowers. The village is quiet and half asleep. Nothing in the frame is dark; the deepest shade is a soft teal.
Proof:art/key-1-day.webp

TIME_DUSK

An edit of the day image (an edit model), so the view is the same.

TIME_DUSK
Repaint this exact picture at dusk. Keep the composition, every object, every figure and the painted gouache look exactly as they are; change only the light and colour. The sun is down behind the peak: the sky goes from rose and peach at the horizon to violet above, with long level brush-stroked clouds lit pink underneath. The elves' lanterns are being lit: about half of the hanging teardrop lanterns and both lantern posts now glow warm honey-gold and throw small soft pools of warm light on the trunks and the moss; the tree-house windows glow warm honey. The moonwell's water and the runes on its rim glow a clear blue-violet, and the bell flowers have begun to glow faintly in pale blue, violet and pink. The silver trunks catch the last rose light on one side and are violet-teal in the shade. The moss keeps its teal-green colour and stays readable, never muddy, never black; the darkest tone is a deep teal. Warm light sits only where people are, cool light only where magic is.
Proof:art/key-2-dusk.webp

TIME_NIGHT

An edit of the day image. For the next round cut 'one small glowing rune each' to 'one stone in seven has one small glowing rune'.

TIME_NIGHT
Repaint this exact picture at night. Keep the composition, every object, every figure and the painted gouache look exactly as they are; change only the light and colour. A deep blue-violet night sky with a few big soft stars and broad curtains of northern lights in green and cyan with a violet fringe above the snowy peak, painted in long vertical brush strokes; a small bright crescent moon. Everything is lit by soft blue moonlight and stays readable: the silver trunks and roofs are pale blue against the darker sky, the moss is a deep teal-blue-green, the darkest tone anywhere is a deep indigo-teal, never black. The moonwell is the brightest thing in the picture: its water and the runes round its rim glow strong blue-violet and light the two elves and the leaning moonstone horn from below. All the hanging teardrop lanterns, both lantern posts and the tree-house windows glow warm honey-gold with small soft halos and small warm pools of light on trunks, stairs and moss. The bell flowers glow softly in pale blue, violet and pink like small lamps, the moonstone path stones have a faint pale sheen and one small glowing rune each, and a few blue-silver fireflies drift in the air. Warm light sits only where people are, cool light only where magic is; glowing things cover only a small part of the picture.
Proof:art/key-3-night.webp

SMALL_PLACE

Without it both models build a fantasy city (art/rejected/key-day-1.webp, art/rejected/way-5.webp, art/rejected/arrival-1.webp).

SMALL_PLACE
It is a small quiet place with a lot of calm empty moss: the elves live only up in the trees, so there are no houses on the ground, no banners, no flags, no fences, no signposts, no city, no towers, no cliffs, no waterfalls, no bridges, no railings, and only one crescent besides the arch's (the horn at the well).
Proof:art/key-1-day.webp

WAY_SHARED

The shared block for the five way frames: one light, one small figure for scale.

WAY_SHARED
Painted like a background from a hand-painted animated film or a painted children's graphic novel: opaque gouache-like paint, broad flat visible brush strokes, big simple shapes, a limited palette, detail only at the focal point and everything else loosely blocked in with a few strokes; thin coloured linework that is never black; soft even light in two or three flat bands with teal in the shade and amber in the light. Not photoreal, not a 3D render, no tiny detail. A Norwegian fairy-tale mountain for a children's game: big, brave and a bit wild, still friendly, nothing scary, no black. In the foreground a small girl in a red dress with a little backpack walks the path with her back to us, small in the frame. Early dusk: a low warm sun from the left, a pale peach horizon under a clear blue-violet sky.

Krea 2

PETTER

Petter's block, verbatim. For Krea 2, then the elf line or the thing line below.

PETTER
A richly painterly animated-illustration style built on visible, confident brushstroke texture layered directly into rendering rather than smoothed away, a fusion of hand-painted textural depth with clean animation-ready linework, and a bold painterly-meets-graphic animation intensity that feels both illustrated and alive. Influenced by: Fortiche Production, League of Legends concept-art tradition, painterly animation technique, cinematic stylized character-design practice.
Proof:art/krea-eldrid.webp

KREA_ELF_LINE

Alvheim's line for a figure, in place of the outside line. Hosted Krea 2 Turbo, not the game's local Krea 2.

KREA_ELF_LINE
A Norwegian fairy-tale elf (alv) of Alvheim for a children's adventure game: beautiful, very old and kind, a little strange; muted cool base colours (dusk violet, deep teal, moonstone grey, silver) with one glowing accent colour; thin coloured linework and no heavy black outlines, no black anywhere; big bright readable eyes; nothing scary, no weapons, no wings, no horns.
Proof:art/krea-eldrid.webp

KREA_THING_LINE

Alvheim's line for a thing.

KREA_THING_LINE
An elf-made thing from Alvheim, a Norwegian fairy-tale elf village in a children's adventure game: very old, kind and a little strange; muted cool base colours (sun-bleached silver-grey wood, moonstone blue-grey, deep teal-green moss) with one small warm honey glow; thin coloured linework and no heavy black outlines, no black anywhere.
